The 12yo is “double cask matured” incorporating both ex-bourbon casks and ex-sherry butts. Bottled at 43%. (Bottle size 750ml)

TASTING NOTES:

Nose: Soft and rounded, with fruity notes of red apple.

Palate: A fine sherried character, balanced with rich chocolate, toffee, cinnamon and ginger spiciness.

Finish: Sweet and slightly spicy. Warming and lingering.
