Sourced from the estate’s own Tygerberg vineyards and supplemented by fruit from the wind-swept Paarl region, this wine is designed to showcase the “spicy” side of the varietal. Matured for 13 months in a combination of French and American oak, it is a medium-to-full-bodied red that prioritises varietal purity. It strikes a perfect harmony between the grape’s natural dark fruit and the cool-climate herbal nuances that define the world’s most elegant Syrahs.
