TASTING NOTES:

Nose: An explosive and heady bouquet. Expect a primary burst of ripe mulberries and black cherries, followed by sophisticated layers of red currants, dark chocolate, and a hint of sweet spicy oak.

Palate: Rich, juicy, and wonderfully expressive. The palate is dominated by dark plum and blackberry flavours, supported by silky, integrated tannins. There is a beautiful tension between the fruit sweetness and a refreshing, dry structure.

Finish: A long, velvety finish that lingers with notes of roasted coffee beans and a final, savoury whisper of toasty vanilla.
