TASTING NOTES:

Nose: The nose has juniper, but the musky hint of rose lightens it and gives it a floral forward impression. Sweet orange, lime zest and a hint of elderflower as well. The pine notes give it structure, but the floral notes give it a unique character.

Taste: The palate exudes a backbone of a very classic gin. You get the angelica, coriander, juniper and orris root accord. Late palate a faint hint of yarrow (that slight salty liquorice flavour) and black pepper.

Finish: The finish is fairly long, with a serious juniper backed astringency. Notes of soaked rose petal, lime, Persian cucumbers, Earl Grey Tea and a surprising bitterness. A dull warmth of the spirit emanates quietly from the back of the palate.

Hendricks Neptunia Gin is a unique and refreshing gin that is perfect for any occasion. Its light and crisp flavour is refined with locally sourced coastal botanicals, with a gentle citrus finish and a hint of the distant sea breeze creating a smooth and balanced taste.

TASTING NOTES:

Nose: Intense initial juniper notes followed by a lovely citrus burst with hints of candied angelica stalk and liquorice.

Palate: Juniper flavours evolve into rich hints of baking spice, angelica root, cinnamon, and coriander.

Finish: A well-rounded balance between angelica and coriander.

TASTING NOTES:

Nose: Just opening the bottle you are seduced by a blackcurrants, as well as a slight vanilla aroma sneaking up from behind.

Palate: Although you might not detect juniper in the aroma, it’s definitely there under the blackcurrant heavy flavor – remember it’s a gin after all!

Finish: Delicate finish with soft fruit and vanilla hints.
