Creation Viognier is made by Creation Wines on the Hemel‑en‑Aarde Ridge, where cool, south‑facing slopes and decomposed quartz-clay soils lend elegance and minerality. The grapes are hand-harvested, fermented in stainless steel, and then aged for six months on fine lees to build texture without adding overt oak.
