DISTILLER 031 VODKA

031 Vodka is ten times distilled and made from molasses produced from locally-grown sugar cane. It’s distilled first in our copper stripping still, and then in a 8 plate reflux still.

It is not chill filtered. 031 Vodka is produced in small batches to deliver the purest spirit without losing nuance. This vodka is not traditionally neutral, but retains subtle flavours that make it unique, and resonate with its provenance.
