TASTING NOTES:

Nose: Strong notes of Juniper and liquorice are immediately distinguishable with softer notes of orange and Honeybush to round out the nose.

Palate: The combination of spices work together to create a light, warm and refreshing dry gin. The flavours are balanced beautifully to emphasize the strong juniper and notes of fennel, rooibos and Honeybush

Finish: A sweeter finish with lingering boekenhout honey and rooibos notes.
