TASTING NOTES:

Nose: Freshly cut hay, orchard fruit, green apple and pear aromas with a twist of lime zest and hints of pot still spices.

Palate: Initial sweet, mouth coating Irish pot still flavours complement the subtle hops and cocoa bean notes from the beer cask finish.

Finish: A long and sweet finish with milk chocolate and butterscotch notes.
