Jorgensen’s Field of Dreams Absinthe is South Africa’s first handcrafted Absinthe.

Our time worn 1871 recipe combines organically grown wormwood (Artemesia Absinthium) with various botanicals in the traditional way of the french masters.

TASTING NOTES:

Nose & Palate: An emerald liquid with complex wormwood flavour and a hint of alchemical herbaceous mystery.

Finish: A smooth lingering finish.

SERVING SUGGESTION:

For maximum enjoyment, slowly dilute one part Absinthe with three times the volume of iced water.  Watch the mesmerising colour change, savour the fragrance and sip slowly.
