TASTING NOTES:

Nose: Elderflower and apple blossom aromas blend with orange peel and oyster shell notes.

Palate: Baobab pod notes provide a zesty citrus note that becomes more saline with hints of kumquat and naartjie.

Finish: A salted caramel finish that develops biscuity flavours with age.
