ASTING NOTES:

Nose: Notes of apple, Juniper, lemon and ginger on the nose.

Palate: A crisp, refreshing juniper forward gin using our locally grown juniper and tart Granny Smith apples, with lemon peel, coriander, angelica root and fresh ginger on the palate.

Finish: A warm and spicy finish.
