Landskroon Blanc de Noir is a pale coral-coloured rosé produced by Landskroon Wine Estate, located on the southwestern slopes of Paarl Mountain. It is made from 100% Pinotage grapes, using only the free-run juice, which is carefully cold-settled before fermentation. The wine is fermented cool in stainless steel and bottled with a touch of residual sugar — around 7.7 g/L — giving it a gently off-dry character.
