MARTELL BLUE SWIFT

Martell Blue Swift is the first-ever spirit drink made of cognac VSOP and then finished in bourbon casks.

TASTING NOTES:

Nose: A sensation of fullness and generosity with ginger and candied fruit notes, followed by distinctive hints of toasted oak from the Kentucky bourbon casks.

Palate: Gourmet notes of banana and caramelised pear introduce the subtle sweetness of vanilla, coconut, and spices.

Finish: A lingering sweet finish.

Best served on its own, over ice, lengthened with a mixer or as a cocktail such as Swift Old Fashioned in a mixture of Martell Blue Swift, Pineapple syrup, Orange bitters, shaken together and garnished with pineapple spear.
