TASTING NOTES:

Nose: A juniper-led nose with hints of rose, sweet orange and subtle elderflower notes. Hints of Lime zest, pine and musk make this nose something truly unique.

Taste: A classic gin flavour complements the angelica, coriander and orris root with faint notes of black pepper and yarrow near the back of the palate.

Finish: A soft warmth brightens the rose petal, lime and cucumber notes for a fairly long, juniper finish.
