TASTING NOTES:

Nose: Top notes of cherry blossom blend with hints of green tea and pepper.

Palate: Gentle floral cherry blossom notes fade into classic juniper flavours before evolving into lively Earl Grey tea and bitter citrus flavours.

Finish: A slightly bitter finish reminiscent of gentian root and wormwood.
