TASTING NOTES:

Nose: Juniper aromas dominate the nose with subtle accents of candied angelica stalk and liquorice.

Palate: Juniper comes to the fore on the palate with a generous amount of baking spice, angelica root, cinnamon and coriander seed hints.

Finish: A lovely dry finish.
