Protea Merlot is made by Anthonij Rupert Wyne across various estate sites including Franschhoek, Paarl, Darling, and Robertson. It is 100% Merlot and is vinified in stainless-steel to preserve fresh fruit character, before being matured for roughly 12 months on French oak staves to add structure without masking its fruit purity.
