Boschendal Blanc de Noir is part of the historic estate’s Classic Collection. Crafted from a blend of “noble red wine varieties,” this wine uses a technique where the juice is gently pressed and only very light skin contact occurs (some blocks get up to two hours of contact) to achieve a delicate pale salmon hue. The wine is fermented in stainless steel at a cool 14 °C, preserving the red fruit aromatics while keeping the style fresh and crisp.
