TASTING NOTES:

Nose: A slightly smoky aroma with a luxurious Manuka honey infusion and bold red liquorice notes.

Palate: A honeyed oak flavour with a generous amount of spice supports the dry molasses, peaty soot and slight coppery note.

Finish: A light finish with some coppery notes and a gorgeous smoked mocha and intricate spice flavour.
