Nose: Smoky, deep & rich with hints of juniper evident on the back of the nose. Minty sweetness. Citrus & peaty. Dark smelling & woody with some hints of caramel. Smells like Christmas – a vanilla whisky flavoured Christmas pudding.
Palate: Rooty earthy soil. Warm & woody. Hints spicy, earthy caramel flavours.Citrus on the back of the mouth with whisky peaty flavours coming through.
Finish: Robust powerful & full bodied. Rich & balanced. Woody with whisky flavours on the finish – leaving you with lingering hint of peaty juniper flavours. Spicy cinnamon and nutmeg.
