Alvi’s Drift Viognier is part of the estate’s Signature range, crafted from 100% Viognier grapes grown on the family’s Scherpenheuvel vineyards in Worcester. The wine is made from free‑run juice only, which is cold‑fermented in stainless steel and left on its lees for several months to build depth and mouthfeel. Residual sugar is about 4.4 g/L, giving the wine a gently juicy richness, while its natural acidity keeps it fresh and poised.
