ASTING NOTES:

Nose: Notes of apple, Juniper, lemon and ginger on the nose.

Palate: A crisp, refreshing juniper forward gin using our locally grown juniper and tart Granny Smith apples, with lemon peel, coriander, angelica root and fresh ginger on the palate.

Finish: A warm and spicy finish.

Nose & Palate: A perfectly rounded floral-driven gin with refreshing undertones of Citrus Peel, Cape Fynbos & Juniper. Top notes of Hibiscus, Rose Geranium & a hint of Buchu give our gin its unique personality and abundance and subtlety of flavour.

Finish: A Lingering citrus finish.

Palate: A subtle juniper note blends seamlessly with elderflower and chamomile flavours and soft, delicate spice.

TASTING NOTES:

Nose: Cardamom is released first and a heady spiciness is released through the pineyness of the Juniper so familiar to gin.

Palate: Spicy, warm Cardamom and Juniper share the first taste to the palate and is supported by the distinctive African Ginger and Grains of Paradise with vanilla, pepper and ginger notes. All this balanced by Kafir lime leaves and citrus and then complemented by the gingery spiciness of coriander.

Finish: The spices marry perfectly together to give a smooth and very fragrant finish without the harshness of the spirit and there is a lingering memory long after the sip.

Best served with a cooling slice of cucumber, a peppery bunch of basil or zest of pink grapefruit and rosemary.
