TASTING NOTES:

Nose: Cardamom is released first and a heady spiciness is released through the pineyness of the Juniper so familiar to gin

Palate: Spicy, warm Cardamom and Juniper share the first taste to the palate and is supported by the distinctive African Ginger and Grains of Paradise with vanilla, pepper and ginger notes. All this balanced by Kafir lime leaves and citrus and then complemented by the gingery. spiciness of coriander.

Finish: The spices marry perfectly together to give a smooth and very fragrant finish without the harshness of the spirit and there is a lingering memory long after the sip.

Best served with a sprinkle of pink peppercorns or a wedge of lime and a sprig of thyme.
