Sourced from vineyards in the Stellenbosch and Swartland regions, it combines the backbone and dark fruit of Cabernet Sauvignon (typically 85%) with the lush, rounded texture of Merlot (15%). The wine is matured for 8 to 12 months using French oak staves, which imparts a subtle “toasty” complexity without overwhelming the vibrant fruit. It is an unpretentious, elegant red that prides itself on being “smooth from start to finish.”
