Nose: Red berries (cherry, redcurrant), hints of forest floor, and a smoky cigar-box nuance.
Palate: Savoury sour-cherry and red-berry fruit, fine-grained tannins, and a subtle spice character; balanced acidity keeps it fresh.
Finish: Smooth and lingering, with elegant red fruit and a herbaceous, slightly earthy tail.

Haute Cabrière Pinot Noir Réserve is crafted from estate Pinot Noir vineyards in the Franschhoek Valley, where the von Arnim family prioritises terroir expression. After harvesting, the wine is aged for 11 months in specially selected French oak barrels, adding structure while allowing the fruit to shine.
