Tasting Notes

Nose: An aristocratic and complex bouquet. Immediate notes of blackcurrants and black cherries are layered with sophisticated hints of cedarwood, graphite, and a distinct dried herb perfume characteristic of Cabernet Franc.

The Warwick Trilogy is a benchmark Cape Bordeaux Blend, meticulously crafted from the finest estate-grown Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, and Merlot. Hailing from the prestigious Stellenbosch region, this wine is defined by its classical structure and incredible ageing potential. Each varietal is matured separately in French oak barrels (traditionally 40% to 50% new) for 18 to 24 months before the final “Trilogy” is composed. It is a full-bodied, multi-layered red that balances the power of Cabernet with the herbal perfume of Cabernet Franc and the velvety fruit of Merlot. It is a wine of heritage, precision, and unwavering class.
