Allesverloren Cabernet Sauvignon comes from the historic Allesverloren Wine Estate in the Swartland, one of the oldest wine farms in the region. The vines are grown in moisture-retaining Malmesbury shale soils, and winemaking for the Cabernet includes low yields and careful oak ageing (about 18 months, with 30% first-fill barrels) to create a wine of structure and elegance.

Ageing Potential: This Cabernet is built to age: with good storage, it can develop complexity over 6–10 years, evolving into tertiary notes of leather, tobacco, and forest floor.
