Nederburg Classic Merlot is a blend of 85% Merlot and 15% Petit Verdot, sourced from vineyards across the Western Cape. The grapes are fermented in stainless-steel tanks, and after fermentation, the wine is matured for 6 months in a mix of French and American oak to provide structure while preserving the fresh, fruit-focused style.
