TASTING NOTES:

Nose: The bouquet reveals aromas of ripe dark berry fruit and cassis, along with hints of plum, earth, liquorice, cedar and oak spice. There is a touch of vanilla and chocolate in the background, adding depth to the core fruit.

Palate: On the palate, you’ll find a full‑bodied style, layered with blackcurrant, cherry and dark plum, framed by delicate oak spice and soft tobacco/leather undertones. Tannins are firm but approachable, and the fruit‑rich core gives good drive.

Finish: The finish is smooth and lingering, with notes of dark berries, subtle oak vanilla, cedar and a clean mineral edge. A touch of dryness remains, giving the wine some edge and food compatibility.
