Nederburg Riesling (often labelled “The Winemaster’s Riesling”) hails from vineyards in the Western Cape, particularly in the Darling and Ceres regions. This off‑dry Riesling is gently pressed and fermented in stainless‑steel tanks at cool temperatures (~15–16 °C), preserving its fresh aromatics. It shows a brilliant lemon-gold colour and is crafted to balance natural fruit sweetness with crisp acidity.
